Mancini Management Group Pty Ltd (MMG) was established in 2016 by Henriette Mancini (FCPHR), an experienced director and consultant with over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.

MMG is focused on providing extraordinary and innovative  Human Resources (HR) consulting and business solutions. MMG delivers a proactive, well practiced approach and expertise and insight on issues such as cultural change, leadership and behaviours, organisational development, transformation and change, talent and workforce optimisation, business efficiencies, industrial relations, remuneration and benefits and recruitment.

This is achieved by partnering with businesses as an outsourced provider, to deliver best practice HR and business services, which in turn support and improve organisational performance by linking the people agenda to the required commercial outcomes and strategic goals.

Henriette Mancini FCPHR

A passion for people led Henriette Mancini to a career in Human Resources. Henriette is now at the top of her profession, with over 20 years’ experience in HR. For her the most satisfying thing about HR is the people equation – dealing with the people who make the organisation tick and adding value to their working lives.

Henriette provides proactive advice, support and solutions in strategic, operational and tactical HR ensuring the alignment of people agenda to overall business objectives and plans. She has a proven track record in creating positive work environments through driving cultural and attitudinal change, fair remuneration practices, and positive stakeholder relationships including internally and externally with bodies such as employer associations and unions.

In her career to date, Henriette has focused on and is accomplished in retail and wholesale businesses such as Brashs, Jeanswest, Funtastic Ltd and Specsavers yet her portfolio of experience also spans into industries such as manufacturing, education, health and services. She has also set up global offices in Asia and the USA; experience which has stood her in good stead for both local and global assignments.

In additional to her Bachelor of Business (Human Resources and Industrial Relations), Henriette is also a Fellow Certified Practitioner Human Resources (FCPHR) Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
